Anglo Indian Hall Mirror | c. 1960

The frame is influenced by both classic architecture and furniture makers; a Chippendale style broken pediment—having a textured body, scrolled edges, and three finials—is perched atop a moulded cornice, supported by rounded pillars which flank the beveled rectangular mirror plate. It is handsome as a stand-alone addition hung in an entryway, or placed over a chest of drawers, low cabinet or table.
