Monumental Pakistani Column

This pillar was salvaged from the Swat District, a river valley in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province of Northern Pakistan. The capital issues two scrolled arms; the top half of the column is squared and features hand-carved floral motifs and geometric patterns throughout while the bottom is cylindrical and terminates in a square plinth.
