Set of Pakistani Doors

This complete entryway was salvaged from the Swat District, a river valley in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province of Northern Pakistan. Made from Cedar from the surrounding mountains, it is handsomely carved with floral motifs and geometric patterns throughout the frame. Those decorations continue across the relief carved doors, which feature pairs of architectural columns stacked on top of one another, that open inwardly and can be secured with a chain and pin lock. The whole remains unaltered coated in only its original rich patina.
